There was a public hearing today in downtown Manhattan regarding the discontinuing the 5% charge on all credit card transactions besides a hotline to call to maybe get reembersement for already acquired charges. Why was it not posted on this site?? THE COURT ROOM SHOULD HAVE BEEN PACKED WITH DRIVERS WHO WANT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES TO STOP ROBBING US!! Besides we have the support of the City Council. They are on our side. It is a true shame that taxi drivers do not even have the support of the people who claim to be offering a service such as this one.

At NYCITYCAB.COM, we would like to clarify: We consider NYCITYCAB.COM a free space for NY City Taxi drivers and collective work that all drivers are responsible to participate in. Our forum is open If someone had pasted something on the subject then it is there. At NYCITYCAB.COM we try to keep our service up to date with the knowledge and skills we have. We would like to thank all drivers that are cooperating with us, by sending us news articles to post, notifications, and ideas.
