I'm a private citizen. I want to buy a medallion with the aim of leasing it out to drivers.

How do I go about this process?

I can come up with the money. I will get partners.

I don't want to buy actual cars. I just want to purchase medallions so that I may then lease to people own cars already.

Do I have to buy two medallions? (I don't want to be actually driving myself).

Any help would be much appreciated.

An individual medallion today is $570,000.00. You need a down payment of approximately $85,000.00 which includes all start up costs along with a new vehicle.
