HELP
hello guys,
i was Sunday afternoon in JFK in terminal 7 , the passenger wants to go to WECHESTER COUNTY.
SO, i started looking at my map for a while to know which a better direction and before i get to the hallway.
i told a customer that i ve never been there but you gonna help me with direction.the customer refuse and said he s gonna
take another cab, i said to the customer" it s up to you" but i m not refusing you. the f** dispatcher came and he said get out
from this terminal.you will get a summons.then said to myself why summons? it is not refusal.however, i started arguing with
her. i told her go ask passenger. then she said you will not get the fare, go back to the lot.i went back to the lot there. and
the guy there ask me for my hack license and said you will get the summons in the mail.
i would greatly appreciate if you would help me face a judge ? thanks.

If TLC Does Not Start Treating Us like Humans I Say lets STRIKE 2 WEEKS STR8 do all cab drivers have balls to do that i mean two weeks str8 no matter what they say they cant replace us they might say they can but trust me no one in their right minds would wanna do what we do |

Well you need to be very careful how you say things to dispatch and also customers. its very easy if you want this job and the freedom that comes with it, your going to have to bite on your lip and do the job, But if you dont need this job go ahead argue cause there is no and ifs or buts we are like freaking slaves. have fun TLC court is going to waste your day and go early.have fun |

Yoh buddy, I should say the first thing we all cab driver should stop speaking bad word against anyone and always be nice. Well about your case good luck and tell the judge that we were not asked to read about westchester on tlc test or tell something that it was 3.00 pm and you were worring about changing the shift. |

You are allowed, by TLC Laws, to refuse a fare to Westchester, Nassau and Newark Airport if you have been working more than 8 hours into your shift. If this fits into your defense, you have nothing to worry about. Good Luck..
