do you make any money these days.we are looking for gold.

$800 lease+$100 mta tax +$50 credit card surcharge +$210gaz+$120 sandwiches a week =$1280

Drivers have to generate $1280 per week in order to start making their own money. The average of $183 per 12 hours must be generated first. It is now becomes impossible to drive a cab in NYC.

The only solutions for taxi are:

1) to reduce the taxi fares and medallion lease so we can have more people taking a cab because we depend on people not only tourists .I can see people waiting for buses an hour two hours and they can't take a cab, we got to give this people access to yellow cab.

2) Taxi fare and rate must be changed within rush hours and slow hours .example:

5pm to 9 pm ==>rate A ( 15 trips)/($130)=>40/hour . People in hurry

9pm to 12 am ==>rate B (12 trips)/($120)=>32/hour .average people can also take a cab

12 am to 5am==>rate C (6 trips)/($100)=>20/hour. More people would take a cab

3) people can send in by texting their location if they need a taxi after midnight but the have to pay a small amount of money for service registration. With this service all five boroughs can get a taxi to their front yard.
