Driving a Cab!
I want to drive a cab in New York City! 17 years ago I had a felony coviction here in california ( non-driving related ) . Would that disqualify me in driving in New York City?

Probably not, but you would have to disclose it on the form. They run your fingerprints, so it is pointless to hide it.
