HELLO DUH..... THE TLC IS PLANNING TO REVOKE MORE THEN 633 HACKS AND THEIR IS NO POST ABOUT THIS HERE?? WHAT GIVES?
The TLC based on evendance that is not public are planning to revoke hack linces(633 or more), they say that for drivers with 1-10 so called RATE4's they will offer that you either turn in your linance or pay a fine of $1000.00 to $ 5000.00, and those who have under 10 rate 4's will be handled on a case to case basis, meaning TLC hearing where you will have to prove with evendance you innonance! HELLO! out their.... |

Yes, the TLC has sent most drivers a letter stating that if alleged if driver don’t pay $100.00 {one Hundred} Dollars per incident, by the 5th of October 2010 or they would revoke hack and file formal charges in court, but they are willing to accept $900.00 and a monthly payment of $360.00 until paid off the balance. They remind you that 3 overcharges allegations is an automatic revocation. So we are all screw, yes we don’t have any one to defend us. Since TLC is the Judge and Jury, just like Judge Dread. |

If your guilty for overcharging or any other criminal allegation you SHOULD lose you hack and pay fines. Wanna stay out of the TLC's hit list then abide by the rules and then you'll have no worries. If this is an excuse for you not being able to make money well time to start looking for a better job. To all of you who ARE guilty of these crimes I how they throw the book at you so hard that maybe you'll finally learn that crime dont pay for retirement, only for a flat screen and a jail sentence.

I personally dont know the situation of the rate 4 but i have heard of this. There are drivers out there that should Admit that they probally DID do some wrongdoing. I can understand why and how though. The only way this can really balance out later in the future, is for everyone to accept that balance even though we dont agree with the rules. The Rules are there, somebody dislikes it, disobeys it (cause). Somebody "overpaying" for a service. (effect). This can extend in many ways for both sides. |
