rude people
has anyone had rude people in there cab (of course we all have), has anyone gotten a call from the tlc for telling some one to shut up?

I had rude people in my cab and have never gotten a call fro TLC. It's ironic to hear that you got a call from TLC to shut up.As a driver you do have rights and you can use them.First of all, TLC can't call you and the only way they will respond to a complaint is through by mail.Second, How did they get your number? If someone calls you first ask for their full name and number so you can file a complaint against them and you will be surprise if you will follow up. Good Luck! All is well. |

I was advised to call the police if you are being harrassed. A driver can discharge someone if they are being disorderly, that is listed in the TLC rule book. Don't be afraid to stand your ground, and if that doesnt work call the cops or flag one down. Good luck.
