The time is approaching soon for Garages lease and medallion prices to go down!
They yellow cab industry is corrupt, the 'Garages' are unstoppable when it comes to the lease and its out of control! Poor Drivers, working their **** off to break even at the end of their everyday shift, and TLC doesn't give a **** about it. But very soon the Black cars are going to put breaks on the 'Garages!. Why drive yellow cab? when you can drive black car and pick up street hails, and soon its going to be legal anyway. Drivers, our pay back time is approaching. Get ready to make move from yellow to black. Lets not forget the medallion prices, its out of control too. When things get out of control and get too big thats when things fall apart just like our housing market, banks and wall street. The next one will be medallion prices! Believe it or not! Its simple, why spend $625000 on a medallion when you can just buy a black car which will be legal soon to pick up street hails. Also why pay crazy f#&King; lease? When its cheaper to drive a black car. I'm glad some one in bloomberg administration figured out that they should let black cars pick up street hails. Good days a head for drivers.

I agree with what this other guy wrote. Its time for medallion owners to sell their medallions. The boom time for medallions is gone and if you have one rush and get cash asap. but iam sure the financial institutions will not finance medallions anymore. Watch these black cars will start in five boroughs but some time later they will be legally allowed to pick up in the city also. eventually this is going to happen and i think this move somebody made to put the medallion prices down and i see what used to be 20 or 30 years when guys sitting in these garrages used to beg drivers to drive for the nite. well good times are coming for drivers i guess. bad time for yellow cabbies. well good luck to all |
