Lgalizing Car service's pick up from the streets
Legalizing the Car service to pick up out of Manhattan (other boroughs), they will get the sign Taxi on top of their cars, meters and everything according to the Mayor proposal. Then,most of people who are visiting but not living in the city (they are a lot) will not recognize that it's illegal for these kind of cars to pick them up in the city. So, it will be much much easier for Car service in Manhattan to violate the law. |

I think its a good move to have black cars with meters and some kind of some sign on them on top saying taxi. Its a very good move and iam for it. The medallion prices have reached close to a million dollar and this is a really good move to reduce the yellow cab business and in return the medallion price will change. |
