Connecticut fare...
anyone ever have one? how did it go? how much was it?

you need to buy a flat rate book, I think it cost about $150.00. it gives you all the flat rate on all over of town. or $4 per mile plus RT tolls,

The Black Cars get most of these now days.  I think Staytune means $15 not $150 for the out of town book.  The gas station at 24th & 10th was selling it the last time I looked.  The snack stand in the main lot at Laguadia also sells it.

These rides are rare for yellow cabs these days.  If I nail one, I have found they are usually people who have taken the ride before so ask them what they paid.  If it is at or near what the book says, I am happy.  Sometimes it is more than the book if they have been taking Black Cars and I am very happy.
