1. Why should driver pay for the 5% bank charges, these bank charges should be paid by the passenger if they choose to  use their credit card. all driver are pay and addtional 5% on MTA tax and toll for nothing.

2. why aren't there any min for using credit card?

3. why aren't taxi fare raise? when was the last time the fare raises?

4. why can't TLC do something about 90% of the city hotel door man demanding taxi driver to purchase a fare to airports?

5. what is the main purpose of TLC? who do you enforce your rule and regulation to the most? drivers or corrupted garages?

6. why can't TLC do something about gargares tell you to come in and waited for 3-4 hours and not have a car? who will pay  the time lost for the drver waiting?

Why is the mandatory drug test every year for cabdrivers? It should be randomly just like for police, sanitation and MTA workers! It's FREE for them, to cabbies cost $26 every year! Why? 

Everything will change when drivers and riders collectively working on it! Nothing is permanent. Keep in mind, TLC will change too, and they're also in the public's watchful eyes. Ask your riders, they will tell you that! Communication is the key to a better future!

why do we have to display our license that has our full name to be visible to all passangers? if the passanger want to file a complaint the medallion number is enough. that's violates our privacey, I do not want everyone who get in the car to know my first and last name.
