TLC is the best to answer that question. remember, not many drivers have access to computers or the internet.

Doyou have proof? Do you have receipts signed and dated with amount and garageto whom you over paid? If you do, TLC will get you reimbursed with a penalty forthe garage over charging you. You don't need any one including a lawyer torecover what’s due you.
