37 st?
are we allowed to drive on 37 st between 2nd and 3rd ave at 8:30 am? i was coming from the fdr and saw they pulled a cabbie over, (not sure for what).

NO. You are not allowed to continue on 37 st if you are coming from 1st Ave before 10 AM, you must turn south on 2nd Ave. Same, if you are heading 2nd ave south you are not allowed to turn to 37st before 10 AM. Only traffic coming from tunnel can be on 37 st between 2nd Ave and 3rd Ave at that time.
