must read Driver's Bill of Rights Posters

If you read the notice you will realise that drivers are blind ,it says daily charges and weekly charges .

anyway ,we dont know yet what is the definition of a weekly shift and daily shift.as you can notice that all garages have daily shifs only.

but if you work 7 days or six days every week evrey month ,in this case the gararges have and must charge the drive automaticly a weekly price period.

anyone who works 6 or 7 days a week daily must be given a credit and be charged weekly price.

the bill of rights has missed an important rule wich is the definition of weekly and daily shift and this confusion must be fixed as soon as possible ,its huge mistake by tlc .show me one garage who charges weekly price they all killed the weekly shift and kept dailyshift only.....drivers are we blind.

According to TLC rule book, weekly shift consist of 7 consecutive days in a week then the garage must charge weekly price of $666 for crown victoria and $684 Hybrid. If you work 6 consecutive days that isn't considered weekly price. It must be 7 days 12 hour shift from monday to sunday. I already confirmed that with my lawyer and TLC.

Re: must read Driver's Bill of Rights Posters

we must take one day off who works like machine without day off and overtime pay ,what are we takling about here is this the freedom we came for to usam we left back our education and families just to drive the smelly cab.the law says the driver can not drive more than 6 days a week its a federal law,is tlc playing games with poor drivers, how you gonna wash your clothes and relax your kydnies ,that why we asking for a real definition for weekly shift and they have to come up  with a solution with respect to the rules of transportation and driver rights to have one day off and no more than 12 hours a day,

and take in consideration the driver overtime.

we are not selfemployed. they already calculated our work in advance and they know how much money we gonna make

the crown  vic takes 10 miles per gallon and trafic takes two busy hours and and overnight kills your brain .why I am here

why.or
