TICKET ON WEARING HEADPHONES
HI .. SO THE STORY IS TODAY I GOT A TICKET FROM NYPD HE SAW ME WEARING HEADPHONES AND PULLED ME OVER AND GAVE ME THIS TICKET FOR *DISOBEYING TLC RULES* ON THE PINK PAPER ... I DONT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THESE SUMMONS STUFF NEVER GOT ANY .. I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT THE FINE AND POINTS ABOUT THIS TICKET AND STEPS TO AVOID THEM ...PLEASE HELP

working hard for city and you cant even listen to music . are we driving ambulances,if you give prisoners this job they choose to go back to prison .we pay the lease wich means we pay insurance , the city rule stated that drivers can not use headphone why we dont get insurance credit and pay less than before .we must listen to music .otherwise return your cab and get an other job |

ok you got pink ticket than this the criminal court ticket witch is good .in since of you can go to court on the date in the ticket it also have the court adders you have to go. go there plea guilty and pay fine that's all ....

With pink tickets they have lawyers at the court who will walk you though it free of charge. The judge will probably offer you a fine with no points on your license. If the judge is nice he might even dismiss it for the nonsense it is.
